Lady bead is a short docu that follows the life of Lynne, the so called breadlady. This film was my final work for my documentary course, I chose her to be the subject as I had interacted a few times with her and it was apparent to me that she was already a character living in her world and all I had to do was follow her around with a camera. This was my first attempt at making a documentary and I could not have hoped for a more generous subject. She gave me a good deal of confidence and motivation to move past mistakes. Secondly and most importantly, in her eagerness to tell her life's story she shared so much that it forced me to ask myself some serious questions about how this information would lead to her perception. What to include and what not to include. For this I am grateful to Lynne and I keep a nice memory of our interaction.
